Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re building a next-gen talent engine — and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “post and pray” — but takes a creative, data-driven, and hands-on approach to sourcing and recruiting.
You’ll have the freedom to shape hiring strategies, craft compelling job posts, and work across departments.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
- Write creative, engaging job descriptions that attract top-tier talent
- Post jobs and manage campaigns on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and more
- Proactively source candidates using Boolean search on Resdex and other tools
- Leverage ATS and reporting tools to optimize hiring effectiveness
- Build and nurture a pipeline of future talent for key roles
- Bring fresh ideas to how we scale our hiring efforts
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple roles across functions
- Creativity in job marketing and candidate outreach
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and platform mechanics (especially Naukri & LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for spotting problem-solvers, builders, and culture fits
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
