Senior Web Developer (WordPress & PHP)
We’re looking for a seasoned and self-driven Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress and PHP. If you’re confident working directly with clients, translating requirements into deliverables, managing multiple projects, and mentoring junior developers — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining websites primarily on WordPress
- Writing clean, structured code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Creating and customizing themes and plugins based on customer requirements
- Handling multiple customer projects, understanding their needs directly, and delivering solutions on time
- Optimizing website speed, performance, and addressing technical issues
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them when required
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, integrations)
- Strong command of PHP and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills – able to speak with clients directly, understand business needs, and offer solutions
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Capable of managing tasks and team coordination independently
Bonus Points (Good to Have):
- Experience with WooCommerce and Shopify
- Familiarity with e-commerce flows and SEO best practices
- Ability to build scalable, secure, and performance-optimized sites
