Sales & Marketing Specialist

We’re building a new business development engine from the ground up — and looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us bring in new clients, especially from the US freight brokerage and asset-based transportation sector.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and is excited about helping companies solve real operational problems through outsourcing.

You’ll focus entirely on generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into long-term customers. No legacy processes to fix, no existing accounts to manage — just pure growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients in the US freight and transportation space
• Build and run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Craft compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers
• Develop a deep understanding of prospect pain points and how our services solve them
• Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and optimize conversion funnels
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team on Go-to-Market strategy and onboarding playbooks
• Help us shape a scalable, repeatable approach to client acquisition
