As a Junior Process Analyst, you won’t be doing mindless tasks. You’ll be building, optimizing, and managing backend operations that support real logistics and transportation companies in the United States. That’s right — your work will directly impact how freight moves across America.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to expert for managing high-complexity operational tasks for U.S.-based logistics clients
• Use tools like Google Sheets/Excel to create magic with formulas, filters, and pivot tables
• Handle reports, data cleanups, process documentation, and analytics that help businesses make real decisions
• Learn and master Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) — and suggest how they can be improved
• Communicate directly with U.S. clients through email and calls. Yes, your words will matter
• Work with a fun, sharp team that respects quality, deadlines, and good coffee

 

What You’ll Need

• Fluent English communication (written and verbal) — clarity is everything in our world
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy (we’re quick thinkers and fast doers)
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) or MS Office tools
• A mind that loves structure, detail, deadlines — and a bit of organized chaos
• Willingness to grow fast, take on challenges, and eventually lead projects or even teams
• Can handle multiple projects like a juggler at a circus (without dropping the ball)
• Believe a clean spreadsheet can solve world problems
