At SHJ International, we’re building an AI-powered operations platform for the U.S. transportation and logistics industry.
Instead of building another chatbot, you’ll design and develop intelligent AI agents that perform the same work currently handled by logistics coordinators, billing specialists, dispatchers, and customer service teams.
Imagine building AI agents that can:
- Process customer orders from emails and PDFs
- Perform Order Entry into the TMS
- Find and negotiate with backhaul carriers
- Validate freight invoices and automate billing
- Track shipments and proactively resolve exceptions
- Schedule appointments with warehouses
- Communicate with customers and carriers
- Read Bills of Lading, PODs, invoices, and other shipping documents
- Audit shipments and identify operational issues
- Collaborate with other AI agents to complete entire workflows with minimal human intervention
Every agent you build will automate real business operations used daily by transportation companies across the United States.

We’re looking for someone who…
- Loves experimenting with Generative AI
- Has built AI projects (personal or professional)
- Is excited about AI agents and automation
- Enjoys solving real operational problems
- Learns quickly and takes ownership
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, LangChain, n8n, or similar frameworks is a plus – but curiosity and the ability to build matter more.
