John Mccloy
With a degree in Finance from Rider University and over 3 decades of versatile experience spanning hands-on cross-departmental roles and strategic leadership, John ascended to the position of VP of Operations at New Penn. Following his tenure at New Penn, John embraced a challenging turnaround opportunity, assuming the role of CEO at JP Donmoyer, a prominent bulk tank transportation provider. Under his leadership, the company underwent a successful revitalization culminating in its sale. Motivated by a desire to address a critical market need, John co-founded SHJ Intl. recognizing the demand for high-quality development services at affordable rates, SHJ was established to bridge this gap, offering clients the caliber of domestic expertise at offshore pricing.
Vishal Agrawal
Vishal has been a driving force behind the company’s vision and core values. After studying at Carnegie Mellon University, Vishal honed his skills through hands-on experience in diverse consulting projects in the US. His time in the field not only equipped him with a robust foundation but also instilled the practical insights crucial for success in the ever-evolving landscape of IT services.
Gurpreet Kaur
With over 12 years of dedicated experience, Gurpreet Kaur has actively contributed as a core developer on diverse projects, showcasing a profound understanding of technical intricacies. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, she brings a deep-seated understanding of technical complexities to the table. Gurpreet excels in providing out-of-the-box technical solutions and plays a significant role in strategic technology leadership, team management, and fostering innovation to drive organizational success. Her expertise and passion make her a cornerstone of SHJ International Tech.
