We’re looking for a Senior Process Analyst with hands-on experience in U.S. logistics operations — someone who understands the complexity behind freight, dispatch, order entry, customer coordination, and backend logistics. You’ll not only run the processes — you’ll optimize and own them.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day U.S. logistics operations across order entry, dispatch, tracking, and customer coordination.
• Analyze and optimize existing SOPs to improve turnaround times, accuracy, and scalability.
• Act as the go-to person for complex operational issues — identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate directly with U.S. clients and logistics partners to ensure alignment, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior analysts, building a high-performance, process-driven team.
• Build dashboards, reports, and workflow documentation to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive automation and efficiency by identifying areas for tech/tool improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments (sales, finance, customer service) to streamline operations end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs, internal process standards, and U.S. logistics best practices.

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in U.S. logistics operations, backend process management, or supply chain coordination.
• Proven experience managing teams or leading critical operations.
• Strong working knowledge of TMS, WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, data validation are second nature.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills — especially across time zones.
• Ability to work U.S. shift hours and manage high-pressure, real-time logistics environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a love for structured processes.
• Experience in process documentation, workflow creation, and SOP building/improvement.
