As a Process Analyst, you’ll be the force behind accurate order management, real-time communication, and streamlined logistics workflows for U.S.-based clients. Your attention to detail and operational mindset will help freight move faster, cleaner, and smarter — from coast to coast.

Experience: 1 – 3 years

What You’ll Do

Handle end-to-end order entry tasks into logistics/ERP systems with 100% accuracy.
Ensure all details — from pricing to shipping instructions — are triple-checked and client-ready.
Communicate with U.S. logistics teams and clients to clarify, confirm, and correct order data.
Maintain and update reports that help teams make smarter, faster decisions.
Identify and flag process gaps — and suggest ways to close them.
Follow SOPs to the letter, but never stop improving them.
Juggle multiple client accounts, timelines, and order flows — all while staying cool under pressure.

What You’ll Need

1–3 years of experience in order entry, logistics operations, or backend support — ideally for U.S. logistics or freight companies.
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
40+ WPM typing speed with high accuracy (your fingers fly).
Deep familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters are your playground).
Knowledge of order management or ERP systems is a strong plus.
An obsession with accuracy, timelines, and clean data.
A proactive mindset — if something seems off, you speak up.
