We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Executive who knows the ins and outs of finance operations — specifically tailored to logistics clients in the United States. You’ll be the gatekeeper of payments, the tracker of invoices, and the go-to person for keeping the cash cycle humming.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes — from billing clients to reconciling vendor payments.
- Generate, send, and track invoices for U.S.-based logistics clients with 100% accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables professionally — ensure payments don’t slip through the cracks.
- Verify and process incoming invoices — ensuring they match POs, contracts, and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and U.S. clients/vendors to resolve discrepancies, billing issues, or payment delays.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Use tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, or similar systems to manage day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare financial reports that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards for U.S. financial operations.
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years of experience in AR/AP or finance operations, preferably in U.S. logistics, freight, or supply chain domains.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. invoicing formats, payment cycles, and accounting best practices.
- Excellent communication skills — clarity and professionalism in every email, call, and follow-up.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, or similar) and spreadsheets.
- Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven — you don’t let numbers slip.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones or manage overlapping hours as needed.
- A proactive mindset — you don’t just find problems, you solve them.
